Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in BDT and may change without notice.

Delivery: We deliver across Dhaka. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 6:00 PM.

Payments: Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, credit/debit cards via SSLCommerz, and cash on delivery. All transactions are processed securely.

Returns: Fresh produce may be inspected at delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.

Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Liability: ThisBazar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
